Unicorn’s Client Care Service (CCS) is provided by a team of dedicated Unicorn professionals, who are on hand to guide and serve you in support of our Financial Consultants.

CCS is a dedicated service provided by Unicorn to make it easier for you, our valued client, to keep up to date without needing to schedule extra meetings with your financial consultant.

1. How do I update my address or personal particulars for my insurance plan(s)?

You will need:

  • A Change of Personal Particulars form.
  • A copy of your NRIC
  • A proof of address. Acceptable proof of address is a credit card statement or utility bill from the last 3 months.
