    Jennifer Yong

Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience as an investor with Unicorn. She has grown alongside the organisation as it evolved into an established family wealth planning firms and is now transitioning into the role of a family wealth consultant.

A qualified actuary with strong analytical rigour, Jennifer is committed to building trusted relationships with business owners, families, friends, and individuals seeking financial guidance. She takes time to understand each investor’s unique goals, challenges, and aspirations, providing tailored and practical strategies that support financial protection, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Jennifer believes that strong financial health gives people the confidence to navigate life’s uncertainties and create a more secure future for themselves and their loved ones. Combining analytical thinking with genuine care, she is passionate about helping investors gain clarity, peace of mind, and the freedom to build the life they value most.

To Jennifer, family wealth planning is more than a profession, it is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives through trusted guidance and lasting relationships.

    Tjandra Lunardi

With over 15 years of experience in IT consulting, Tjandra has had the privilege of working with individuals across all levels, from end users to C-suite executives, helping organizations navigate complex challenges and make confident decisions. That journey taught him a crucial lesson that extends far beyond technology: people’s true concerns are rarely just about systems, but about security, continuity, and peace of mind.

His own path into Family Wealth Planning was sparked by a significant personal life event that served as a powerful reminder of how quickly circumstances can change, and how vital it is to be prepared. Going through a comprehensive family wealth planning process with Unicorn opened his eyes to a deeper reality -financial planning is not merely about growing wealth, but about protecting the people and values that matter most when life takes unexpected turns.

Inspired by this transformative experience, Tjandra became a Family Wealth Consultant. He is dedicated to helping his friends, loved ones, and clients embark on their wealth-building journeys, empowering them to make confident, informed decisions about their financial futures.

He believes that meaningful financial planning begins with genuinely understanding a person’s goals, values, and concerns. From there, he crafts strategic plans that are followed through until true financial independence is achieved. His commitment to every investor is simple: honest advice, sincere care, and a long-term relationship built on trust. He stands ready not just as a consultant, but as a reliable partner through every stage of life.

    Zhi Kai

As a former swim coach, Zhi Kai would never have imagined he would tread this path, but that changed when he was introduced to Unicorn and gradually got to know the people at Unicorn, what Unicorn does, and what it stands for.

As a Family Wealth Consultant at Unicorn, Zhi Kai firmly beliveves in understanding investors so that he can not just help them but also walk with them through the different stages of their lives. Everybody has different stories, goals and dreams and truly understanding each individual is a crucial step in enabling him to serve them to the best of his abilities.

For him, the fulfilment that comes from helping someone gain control and peace of mind over their finances, while enabling them to pursue what they want in life, is a reward like no other.

    Su Min

Family wealth planning is about guiding people towards financial independence and a life of purpose.

Su Min believes every meaningful financial journey begins not with money, but with understanding people. Behind every financial decision is a story worth exploring. She believes some of life’s biggest regrets aren’t caused by the decisions we made but by the conversations we never had.

Before entering as a Family Wealth Consultant, Su Min’s career took her through Marketing and Communications, customer engagement, and medical education. Each chapter was different yet one thing remained constant: a fascination with people and the ‘whys’ behind them.

To Su Min, money is not the destination. It gives us the freedom to pursue our purpose, protect what matters most, and live according to our values. Her hope is that every client leaves with greater clarity and confidence to create the future they aspire to.

She shares, “When people are prepared for life, they are free to live with purpose and lead with confidence. I simply hope to be the torch that lights the way.”

    Nicholas Tan

Graduating with a Diploma in Engineering Design with Business, Nicholas initially planned to pursue a career in private banking after completing National Service. However, during his service, he was introduced to Unicorn Financial Solutions, where he found the values and culture deeply resonated with him.

Since young, Nicholas has been passionate about cars, with owning his dream cars being one of his personal goals. Over time, he realised that achieving meaningful goals is not simply about ambition, but also having the right financial plan and support. This perspective has shaped his approach to wealth planning, understanding that behind every financial plan is a personal goal, dream, or milestone that someone hopes to achieve.

As a Family Wealth Consultant, Nicholas is driven to help those around him experience the same growth and opportunities he discovered at Unicorn. Beyond helping investors build financial security, he strives to make a positive impact in their lives whenever possible. He believes success is most meaningful when shared and is committed to growing alongside his friends, family, and investors, because no one should be left behind.

    Danial Izwan

Growing up with a passion for media and communication, Danial Izwan has always been drawn to understanding people, their stories, aspirations, and the decisions that shape their lives. Through his experiences in the creative industry, he discovered that meaningful communication is not simply about being heard, but about helping people make sense of uncertainty, gain clarity on what truly matters, and move forward with confidence. Those lessons continue to shape the way he approaches family wealth planning today.

Inspired by the genuine care and sense of purpose he witnessed in the profession, Danial found family wealth planning to be a natural extension of that calling. He believes that financial planning begins with bringing clarity and guidance to every stage of a person’s journey, helping individuals and families make confident, values-aligned decisions that build and grow their wealth, protect what matters most, and support meaningful lives across generations.

Danial is committed to building trusted relationships through sincerity and meaningful conversations. He believes that the right guidance begins with understanding each person’s unique circumstances, aspirations, and priorities, allowing him to support them through their financial journey and the life they are building.

    Wilson Ung

With a passion for helping families achieve financial security and long-term prosperity, Wilson believes that effective wealth planning goes beyond numbers—it is about protecting what matters most and creating opportunities for future generations.

As a Family Wealth Consultant at Unicorn, he is committed to guiding individuals and families through every stage of life, from wealth accumulation and protection to retirement and legacy planning. By taking the time to understand each investor’s unique goals and aspirations, Wilson provides personalised strategies designed to build confidence and financial peace of mind.

For Wilson, the greatest reward comes from empowering investors to make informed decisions and helping them create a strong financial foundation for themselves and their loved ones.

    Julian

Julian has spent nearly two decades inside institutional investing, managing portfolios across European and Asian markets at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) and Principal Asset Management, where he covered Asian real estate securities and Japanese REITs for global clients. He has seen markets from the inside and what moves them, what protects capital through cycles, and what separates investors who compound wealth over decades from those who don’t.

The most sophisticated investment process in the world means little if it never reaches the people who need it most. Institutional clients have entire teams advising them. Ordinary families — even successful, hardworking ones — are often left to navigate markets alone, with fragmented advice and products designed to be sold rather than to serve. He wanted to close that gap.

That conviction is what brought him to Unicorn where he supports the team with idea generation and stock selection aimed at identifying attractive investment opportunities for Unicorn’s investors and bringing institutional discipline to an investor base that deserves the same quality of thinking. He also plans to represent Unicorn as a speaker at investment seminars, helping investors and the wider public make sense of global markets, thematic investing, and the long-term forces shaping wealth creation.

His global perspective shapes how he approaches both markets and people: with curiosity, humility, and the belief that good financial guidance is ultimately about helping families build the kind of life they actually want.

    Lim Kuang Poh

With a background in engineering spanning more than 30 years, Kuang Poh has built a career grounded in discipline, problem-solving, and innovation. For over 11 years as an investor of Unicorn, he was inspired by its unique family culture, which encouraged reflection, gratitude, and the pursuit of inner calmness and peace. This journey helped him become a better person in life, both personally and professionally.

Kuang Poh chose to join Unicorn, driven by the belief that the company can help people find peace of mind in financial security. Beyond building for the future, he emphasises the importance of overall well-being — health, relationships, and balance in life. He maintains a routine of running three times a week, which keeps him energised and focused.

He enjoys meeting friends with sincerity and making genuine connections, as he believes true relationships are the foundation of a fulfilling life. Kuang Poh’s journey reflects a commitment to growth, gratitude, and helping others achieve both financial stability and personal well-being.

    Lariza Florentina Johan

Every career path has a turning point. For Lariza, it was moving from institutional finance and private equity, including a finance role at Goldman Sachs, to personal wealth management, realizing that true financial expertise transforms human lives rather than corporate balance sheets. Now, a Family Wealth Consultant at Unicorn, she is dedicated to empowering investors to take charge of their financial health. Driven by deep sincerity, Lariza simplifies complex financial landscapes into clear, actionable roadmaps that build personal freedom. For her, serving investors with absolute integrity isn’t just a professional standard, it’s a heartfelt commitment to putting their best interests first as true partners.

    Jonathan Christian Sukartio

Jonathan knows what it takes to compete at the highest level. As a former competitive athlete, he learned early that peak performance doesn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of clear goals, honest self-assessment, and a plan you commit to fully. For a long time, finances were the one area that felt unstructured amidst the discipline of training. It was through Unicorn that Jonathan found the same clarity in wealth planning that he had always applied to sport and it changed the way he thought about his future entirely. Now, a Family Wealth Consultant, Jonathan is passionate about serving athletes and individuals who dedicate their lives to health and performance. He understands firsthand how easy it is to pour everything into your craft while your financial foundation quietly goes unbuilt. His mission is to change that. He helps high-performers build real, lasting wealth in parallel with their athletic journey, so that life after competition is just as strong as life during it. For Jonathan, personal finance is just like physical training. You identify your goal, assess where you are today, and build a strategy uniquely designed for you. Everyone’s journey is different, having the right guidance throughout makes all the difference.

    Natalia Burhan

Natalia quickly realised that while financial responsibility is a reality everyone must face, not everyone has the time, energy, or resources to navigate it successfully. For a long time, that weight felt heavy—until she experienced firsthand the transformative power of sincere, personalised financial strategies from professionals in Unicorn. The relief was life changing. By alleviating her mental burden, Unicorn gave Natalia the clarity and freedom to genuinely explore what she wanted to achieve in life while confidently building financial security. Inspired by this profound shift, Natalia decided to transition from her career in engineering to join Unicorn as a Family Wealth Consultant, driven by a deep desire to pass that same sense of security on to others. Natalia firmly believes that delivering personalised Family Wealth Planning and services with sincerity and integrity is the key to help investors work towards their financial freedom. Lutfi Randiva

Lutfi chose to become a Family Wealth Consultant because he wanted his career to be anchored in authentic, life-changing human relationships. After studying Computer Science and working as a software engineer, he realised that writing code merely to increase corporate shareholder value wasn’t his calling. He wanted to make a direct, deeply meaningful impact on the lives of real people and the families they love.

For Lutfi, true wealth management isn’t just about numbers; it is fundamentally about understanding his investors—their values, their fears, and their deepest aspirations. While he leverages his technical background to construct a wholly personalised family wealth plan, his real passion is walking alongside his investors. He sees himself as an educator and a guide, dedicated to coaching them step-by-step toward their goals and committed to serving them for life. Lutfi is continuously refining both his technical expertise and his ability to connect, striving to be better every single year for himself and for his investors.

What drives him is that spark of clarity when he and his investors finally align the math with the exact life they want to build. His mission is to be their unwavering advocate. Lutfi wants his investors to walk away from planning sessions feeling completely empowered, with greater confidence in their plans for their future, and that of their families.

With nearly a decade of experience in the financial services sector, Sikai joined Unicorn in 2021 in pursue of authentic, investor-centric family wealth planning. Disillusioned by the sales-driven approaches he encountered while in other financial institutions, he sought a firm whose values aligned with his own. At Unicorn, he found a place where integrity, transparency, and investor needs take centre stage.

Beyond his family wealth planning career, Sikai is a dedicated Muay Thai practitioner and coach. In 2019, he realised his childhood dream, and founded Kai Muay Thai Singapore—a community-driven gym offering authentic Muay Thai training. A title belt holder in Udon Thani, Thailand, and a representative of Singapore at the renowned Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, Sikai embodies the discipline and focus he also brings to his professional practice.

In both his financial and martial arts endeavours, Sikai is committed to guiding individuals toward achieving their personal and financial goals—embodying discipline, dedication, and an investor-centric approach.

Upon graduating, he began building his personal wealth with guidance from Unicorn — clearing his study loan, saving for home ownership, and securing his family’s future through comprehensive wealth protection. His wealth accumulation journey taught him the true power of family wealth planning.

Motivated to help others achieve the same clarity and security, he pivoted from a stable role as a Manager in the Research Division at LTA to join Unicorn in 2017. Today, he’s also a member of the Insurance Selection Committee, committed to ensuring that our investors’ wealth are protected with up to date solutions.

Since joining Unicorn in 2021, he has been driven by a clear purpose: to guide and empower individuals in navigating their financial journeys with confidence and clarity.

His passion for family wealth planning is deeply personal. When his grandparents fell ill, he witnessed how families can struggle without the right guidance or preparation. That experience sparked a powerful question: “If no one steps up, why not me?” It’s this mindset that continues to fuel his work today—helping others build not just financial stability, but purposeful, fulfilling lives.

At Unicorn, Yong Ann is committed to cultivating a thriving community of high-net-worth individuals who value growth in every aspect—health, wealth and relationships. What fulfils him most is the journey: walking alongside investors and watching them build secure, meaningful lives, step by step.

    Li Yongfeng

After a successful career in a global semiconductor firm, Yongfeng left in 2012—not out of necessity, but to pursue a more purposeful path. He joined Unicorn with a vision to build, serve, and make lasting impact through authentic family wealth planning.

He believes that effective planning and wealth accumulation should be accessible to everyone, not just the few. To Yongfeng, financial freedom begins with awareness—and awareness begins with education.

Grounded in strategy and driven by heart, his mission is clear: to help every family he works with become not just financially secure, but financially unstoppable.

    CPT (NS) Rey Ho

He is passionate about dispelling the notion that this is a sales-driven, focus-on-self industry and, rather, that sincerity and integrity are the bedrock of any partnership.

Yi Xian is a successful fee-based planner building a burgeoning estate planning practice. He is a key member of the learning and development team by generously sharing his experience and expertise with new, upcoming consultants.
