Before joining Unicorn, Zenn worked in an MNC within the IT industry, managing key accounts. That experience taught her a valuable lesson: Life is a continuous journey of growth and progression. Inspired to deepen that journey, she sought a path where she could make a more personal and lasting impact—and found it in family wealth planning.

Outside of her professional life, Zenn has nurtured a love for baking for over a decade. The process of creating something from scratch and sharing it with loved ones brings her a sense of joy and fulfilment—especially when it deepens connections on special occasions.

“Life is about myself for others. Joy is not about personal achievements, but rather growing and achieving milestones together with my investors.” She believes that joy comes from walking alongside her investors, celebrating shared wins, and building lasting relationships rooted in care and trust. Through her work at Unicorn, she now plays a meaningful role in helping her investors achieve personal, family financial security and lifetime success.

Zenn was invited by the firm for her vast experience, deep intellectual capital, and her generosity in mentoring the next generation of Consultants. She leads a team of employees under her care and serves over 3,000 investors.

Certified Advanced Financial Planner (CAFP)

The CAFP designation represents a mark of distinction earned by a select few within our firm who have demonstrated exceptional technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and commitment to investor success.

Out of the hundreds of professionals trained over the years, only three have attained this rigorous certification—testament to the high standards and deep expertise required. CAFPs are often called upon by fellow practitioners across the firm to support key investor engagements, where they conduct in-depth financial diagnostics and develop tailor-made blueprints with solutions that are both precise and easy for investors to embrace.

In addition to their advisory role, CAFPs also lead the development of internal training curriculum, and set a strong example through the way they run their professional practices.

The CAFP designation is not an exam-based certification—it is a recognition earned through real, on-the-ground experience. It affirms those who have consistently walked alongside investors, helping them navigate complex financial challenges with clarity and care. More than a title, it’s a validation of meaningful impact, earned through mileage, not just modules.
